Moong Vadi
Ingredients
- 2 and Half Cups Moong daal
- 1/2 tsp Afoetida
- Salt to taste
- 1tsp Turmeric powder
Method:
- Soak the moong dal for 2 hours.
- Grind it to a fine thick paste.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- On a plate apply a little oil.
- Take some mixture in your four fingers. Now try to drop very small quantity
on the plate by pushing the mixture with your thumb over the four fingers.
- These can be spread on sheets of plastic.
- Dry the vadi in the sun.
