Lentil Papad
Ingredients
- 25 g ground split black beans
- 15 coarsely ground black peppercorns
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 100 ml water
Method:
- Cook split black beans, peppercorns, chilli powder with salt 100 ml water in
a pan,cook over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes until the water has been
absorbed, stirring continuously.
- Leave to cool slightly then shape into 8 equal portions.
- Roll into thin papads and let dry, do not store for long
time.
