Chakli
Ingredients
- Rice 250 Grams
- Split Bengal gram 150 Grams
- Split black gram 50 Grams
- Split green gram 25 Grams
- Coriander 1 Tblspn
- Oil 2 Tblspn + Oil to Fry
- Gingelly seeds 1 Tblspn
- Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspn
- Chilli powder 2 Teaspn
- Salt to taste
- Asafoetida 1/2 Teaspn
- Water as required
Method:

Roast rice, grams,
coriander seeds, cumin seeds and grind to a powder.

Add gingelly seeds,
asafoetida, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Heat oil and add to the
mixture.

Make a dough by using
water. Keep covered with a wet cloth.

With the help of chakli
mould make chaklis and deep fry till golden and crisp.
