  Mango Lassi

Ingredients  

1 cup plain yogurt
1 mango - peeled, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 cups cold water
1 pinch salt
4 sprigs fresh mint, garnish

 

Method: 

1. In a blender, combine yogurt, mango, sugar, water and salt. 

2. Blend until smooth. 

3. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
