Onion Pickle  (Achaar)

Ingredients

Peal onions (tiny onions): 30
Vinegar: 3 cups
salt to taste
Fenugreek seeds/menthi: 1 spoon
Jar
 


Method

  1. Peel the onions
     

  2. Placethem in a jar.
     

  3. Add fenugreek seeds and vinegar so that the onions are covered with vinegar.
     

  4. Place it in sun for 1 month.
