Ginger pickle  (Adrak Ka Achaar)

Ingredients

Ginger: large
Black pepper: 1 tsp; coarsely ground
Salt : to taste
Green chillies: 20
Limejuice:1 1/2 cups
1/2 tsp asafoetida
 


Method

  1. Peel ginger. Cut them into thin slices.
     

  2. Mix pepper salt green chilles and ginger pieces .
     

  3. Place it in a jar.
     

  4. Pour lime juice over it to cover the chilles and ginger..
     

  5. Keep it in sun for 10 days
