Ingredients
Ginger: large
Black pepper: 1 tsp; coarsely ground
Salt : to taste
Green chillies: 20
Limejuice:1 1/2 cups
1/2 tsp asafoetida
Method

Peel ginger. Cut
them into thin slices.

Mix pepper salt
green chilles and ginger pieces .

Place it in a
jar.

Pour lime juice
over it to cover the chilles and ginger..

Keep it in sun
for 10 days
